What are Eana's processing & shipping times?
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare and drop off your order. For estimated delivery times, refer to the checkout page, where you can choose your preferred shipping method. If you need a rush order, feel free to email us at helloyou@helloeana.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

How will my order be shipped?
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS or UPS with a tracking number, based on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please note: choosing Priority shipping does not expedite the order processing time; it only affects the shipping duration after processing.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customers responsibility.

Can I cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time we are unable to accommodate any changes to your order.

What is Eana's return policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures the safety and satisfaction of all customers.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 2 days of delivery at support@helloeana.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We’ll respond within 48 hours to assist with a resolution.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order leaves our studio and is with the carrier, we can’t control its journey. While aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’re here to help you navigate the recovery process.
